CranioSacral Therapy can help release stress and tension and ease the fatigue and symptoms related to medications and medical procedures.  CranioSacral Therapy is a form of energy work that uses gentle movements to encourage the body’s own self-healing mechanisms and balance the subtle rhythm of the central nervous system.  CST can be helpful for headaches, migraines, concussions, neck and back pain, as well as any stress related issue, such as grief and anxiety.
Lydia is an esthetician as well.  She graduated from Yvonne de Vilar Scientific Skincare Institute in Vienna, Virginia in 2005. Lydia incorporates Aromatherapy, Ayurvedic and Lymphatic massage techniques in her facials, focusing on therapeutic relaxation as well as getting results for her skin care clients.  She also offers microdermabrasion and chemical peels.

Currently, Lydia accepts new clients for CranioSacral Therapy, TMJ Focus Bodywork Therapy, Pregnancy, and Postpartum Massage, and works with clients age 6 months to 90 +. New clients, please call or text Lydia Ritenour @704-245-3820 to make your first appointment.

"What I was expecting was to feel better physically, what I was not expecting was the wealth of information I received to help me continue to feel better in between sessions and understanding what parts of my body could be contributing to my pains. Lydia is awesome and I can't wait to go back."

I so enjoyed my anti-aging facial with Lydia. She is so good at what she does! To have an experienced massage therapist rub your back, face, and hands during the facial is an incredible treat! She really has a lot of awesome tools in her tool box."

"I want to make sure I took the time to say "THANK YOU!!!" for my most wonderful massage. It was a very healing and rejuvenating experience. I was needing that bodywork badly, and you were just the medicine! I have been reaping the benefits ever since and can't wait for another one later this month...I already scheduled it on your website! I was searching for some therapeutic relief for my worn out body. I had just moved back to Mooresville. Driving 13 hours in a UHaul and then emptying the 14 foot truck that night left me totally wiped out. I started looking for a massage that week. I had never been completely thrilled with other massages I had received in this area ... I received an intuitive therapeutic one hour massage. I enjoyed the simple yet upscale feel of her place as well as Lydia's down-to-earth approach. The big result we achieved was TOTAL relief from my exhaustion and a true sense of having been re-balanced. It was just what I was needing!

Many thanks Lydia!" -- Stacey Q.
