CST can be helpful for headaches, migraines, concussions, neck and back pain, as well as any stress related issue, such as grief and anxiety.

"What I was expecting was to feel better physically, what I was not expecting was the wealth of information I received to help me continue to feel better in between sessions and understanding what parts of my body could be contributing to my pains. Lydia is awesome and I can't wait to go back."
Anakarina M.I so enjoyed my anti-aging facial with Lydia. She is so good at what she does! To have an experienced massage therapist rub your back, face, and hands during the facial is an incredible treat! She really has a lot of awesome tools in her tool box."
